A community safety and mutual protection initiative — because love means showing up to shield one another when the system won't.
LOVE Protect US is a W.A.H.P. nonprofit initiative dedicated to community-rooted protection and safety. We believe that real safety comes from relationships, not just policing — and that love in action means standing between harm and our neighbors. WHAT WE DO: • Community Safety Patrols — trained advocates present at court hearings, bail check-ins, and high-risk community events • Rapid Response Network — connects vulnerable individuals with advocates, legal observers, and de-escalation support • Know Your Rights Training — W.A.H.P. 1 KILL-System education for neighborhoods facing systemic over-policing • Protective Accompaniment — advocates accompany individuals to court, ICE check-ins, and probation meetings • Emergency Shield Fund — provides emergency relocation, bail support, and security resources for activists and targeted community members LOVE isn't passive.
