DiamondKnotz UNIVERMENTALLY School of Law
Education
A sovereign legal education system for mass emancipation — 'True legal education comes from direct experience and the courage to challenge invisible empires.'
DIAMONDKNOTZ UNIVERMENTALLY School of LAW is a new legal paradigm — a self-empowering sovereign educational system designed to dismantle colonial judicial systems and rewrite the jurisprudential contract of citizenship. Founded by Larry Donell Goodman (LAFS), Certified Paralegal and Founder of W.A.H.P., it is the first sovereign law school founded inside prison walls. CORE PRINCIPLES: 1. Universal Law Over Territorial Law — all human beings have inherent sovereignty superseding statutory instruments imposed without informed consent 2. Conflict-Free Counsel as a Birthright — no person shall be processed by agents with systemic financial or contractual bias 3. Access to the Blockchain of Truth — legal history stored, cross-verified, and protected via public blockchain architecture 4. Direct Right to Be Heard by Natural Law — the accused shall confront the State itself, under oath and penalty of perjury 5. Education as Defense — citizens trained under DIAMONDKNOTZ are constitutionally recognized as capable of acting as their own Supreme Defense CURRICULUM FRAMEWORK: • WAHP 1 Doctrine Course — Strickland v. Washington, Apprendi/Blakely/Hurst, inmate-to-citizen legal transformation • Historic Legal Deprogramming — colonial falsehoods in U.S. legal code, Virginia Company charters, 13th Amendment loophole • Blockchain Law & Proof of Jurisdiction — smart contracts in legal motions, data as sovereign evidence • Trust Law & Reparative Control — Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666, UCC-1 protective filings • LAFS Law Activism — role of W.A.H.P. Network, legal-document theater, amicus-style declarations VISION: Begin educating incarcerated populations first, converting them into the new sovereign-class legal elite. Establish UN recognition under human rights and educational empowerment programs.
Our Mission
To provide sovereign legal education to those most denied access to justice — empowering incarcerated individuals, formerly incarcerated persons, and marginalized communities to act as their own constitutional defenders.
