The Conqure Research Foundation is the research and intelligence arm of W.A.H.P., responsible for gathering, analyzing, and publishing data on systemic constitutional violations, judicial misconduct patterns, and structural due process failures across the United States. CORE FUNCTIONS: • Systems Intel — gathers real-time data on systemic abuse, tracks patterns of legal and state violence, generates predictive mapping • Constitutional Research — documents verified case law, judicial oath failures, Brady violations, and due process obstruction • Legislative Engineering — designs W.A.H.P.-recognized legal structures and alternative governance blueprints • Publication — produces W.A.H.P. White Papers, Emergency Doctrine Guides, and motion filing templates RESEARCH PRIORITIES: • Documenting the W.A.H.P. 1 KILL-System Doctrine's recognition across federal and state jurisdictions • Tracking case numbers where W.A.H.P. filings have been formally processed • Building the evidence base for the proposed 28th Amendment (W.A.H.P.
