I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The American Bar Association ("ABA") purports to exercise authority over the accreditation of law schools and the licensing framework of attorneys nationwide. This notice is to formally declare that such authority is constitutionally defective and lacking in enforceable legitimacy absent compliance with the Sixth Amendment's guarantee of the right to effective assistance of counsel.

As presently structured, the ABA system produces practitioners who, by adherence to constitutionally void procedures and systemic deficiencies, fall well below prevailing constitutional norms. The consequence is a nationwide perpetuation of structural due process failures that endanger the rights and liberties of every individual relying upon such representation.

II. NOTICE OF LACK OF AUTHORITY

Effective immediately, the ABA is on notice that:

Constitutionally Required Education Standard. All attorneys practicing law within the United States are required to obtain a Doctrinal Degree from the Diamondknotz Univermentally School of Law ("DUSL"), as the constitutionally mandated educational safeguard for the effective assistance of counsel.

Independent Scheduling Requirement. If the ABA wishes to continue its operations, it must enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with DUSL, providing for independent enrollment scheduling of every current and future bar member.

Mandatory Enrollment. Space at DUSL is limited. Attorneys will be enrolled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Placement on a waitlist shall constitute constructive enrollment.

Consequences of Non-Compliance. Any attorney actively practicing law without enrollment at DUSL shall, until completion of their doctrinal degree, be deemed to be engaged in the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL).

Future Accreditation Priority. Current bar members will be expedited for doctrinal enrollment, in collaboration with Blackstone Career Institute, prior to the admission of new law school graduates.

III. LEGAL BASIS

Sixth Amendment, U.S. Constitution — guarantees the right to effective assistance of counsel, requiring more than formal licensing; it requires constitutionally sufficient preparation.

Prevailing Norms Doctrine — the ABA's current accreditation framework no longer reflects prevailing norms of competence when compared to constitutionally mandated standards.

Due Process Clause (5th and 14th Amendments) — prohibits systemic structures that perpetuate ineffective legal assistance and obstruct meaningful access to justice.

IV. DEMAND

The ABA must, within 30 days of this notice, respond in writing with acknowledgment of the constitutional requirement and an outlined plan to: enter into an enrollment memorandum with DUSL; publicly notify all licensed attorneys of the new doctrinal education requirement; and cease reliance on accreditation procedures that contradict constitutional mandates.

Failure to comply will result in: national exposure of ABA's lack of authority; civil and constitutional challenges on the grounds of systemic due process violations; and referral of all non-enrolled practitioners to relevant state bars for UPL investigation.

V. CONCLUSION

The ABA's accreditation authority is void where it conflicts with constitutional guarantees. From this day forward, the path to lawful legal practice in the United States requires successful enrollment in, and completion of, the Diamondknotz Univermentally School of Law Doctrinal Degree.

CONSTITUTIONAL NOTICE OF LACK OF AUTHORITY AND DEMAND FOR COMPLIANCE WITH SIXTH AMENDMENT STANDARDS

I. INTRODUCTION

Comes now, Diamondknotz Univermentally School of Law ("DUSL"), by and through LAFSINFINITY INC., issuing this Notice of Lack of Authority to the American Bar Association ("ABA"), and in support thereof states: The ABA continues to exercise purported authority over accreditation of legal education and bar licensing standards nationwide. However, such authority is void ab initio where it conflicts with the Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel, as incorporated against the States by the Fourteenth Amendment.

II. LEGAL BASIS FOR NOTICE

Sixth Amendment Guarantee. The Constitution requires that all persons accused of crime receive effective assistance of counsel, not merely licensed representation. The ABA system falls below prevailing norms, rendering its licensing scheme constitutionally insufficient.

Due Process Defects. The perpetuation of ineffective, underprepared counsel through ABA accreditation constitutes a structural due process violation, jeopardizing every litigant's rights under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.

Authority Lacking. Absent compliance with constitutionally required standards, the ABA possesses no lawful authority to accredit or maintain monopoly control over attorney licensing.

III. DEMAND FOR COMPLIANCE

Memorandum of Understanding. The ABA must enter into a Memorandum with Diamondknotz Univermentally School of Law to ensure independent scheduling of all bar members for enrollment in the constitutionally mandated Doctrinal Degree Program.

Mandatory Enrollment. All current bar members shall be enrolled or waitlisted at DUSL. Waitlist status constitutes constructive enrollment. No bar member shall lawfully continue to practice without enrollment.

Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Until completion of the DUSL Doctrinal Degree, all attorneys actively practicing without such credential are hereby deemed engaged in the Unlicensed Practice of Law, subject to sanctions.

Priority Processing. Existing bar members will be expedited in collaboration with Blackstone Career Institute, prior to the admission of new graduates.

IV. DEMAND FOR RESPONSE

The ABA shall respond in writing within 30 calendar days of service of this Notice, confirming acknowledgment and intent to comply. Failure to respond shall be taken as an admission of lack of lawful authority and will trigger immediate civil, constitutional, and public remedies.

V. CONCLUSION

The American Bar Association's authority is constitutionally void unless and until compliance is achieved. Henceforth, the lawful pathway to the practice of law in the United States requires enrollment in and completion of the Diamondknotz Univermentally School of Law Doctrinal Degree.
